Sorry Thomas, there's a mistake original repro.  The property needs to be
"FooStringArrayInitialisedTwo": __Array__, *not* _ListT_.

That opens the collection editor[1] that simply contains a TextBox; (*not* the
'normal' collection-editor that has the ListBox on the left and PropertyGrid on
the right).  See the screenshot.

The screenshot shows the state after two iterations.


[1] Apparently StringCollectionEditor/StringArrayEditor; Ivan's fix was to
mcs/class/System.Design/System.Windows.Forms.Design/StringCollectionEditor.cs,
