For the track record, which version are you using? I remember I've applied some
changes to avoid the flickering in ListView with groups some time ago (I've
just tested it and it has a decent performance, and no problems). Finally, is
this in windows or linux?

Also, try to come with a sample test case the next time -even if it's a simple
issue-, since that will likely decrease the reporter-fixer trips ;-).

Anyway, I'm going to take a look at it - we can try to tune it if needed.
