in SVN r106919...

[FIXED] * the black inner/background circle on the watch (left side)
[FIXED] * the top-right side of the watch
[FIXED] * the mid-left side of the watch (not round)
[FIXED] * the number six

what's left:
* note the improper spacing of tick marks, especially between the 7,8,9,10,11. 
* the large bars in the "seconds" clock
* the main watch circle (NEW) misfit with top-right bracelet
* "SWISS" and "MADE" are not aligned correctly with each other
* "30" (just under 12) is not centered (NEW)

I'm c.c. Jeff for the last two buglets (both are TextBlock)
