currently there are separate urls for each distro and architecture.

It would be better to use one repo per distro that contains all the archs for
that distro (much like obs does).

But, that means that the download urls would change (although they could be
mapped)

I'm not sure how this would work for the rpm index pages though... since they
are distro/arch specific...
