I committed a fix (r106499) to ensure we check the status of the
GdipGetImageAttributesAdjustedPalette call before (and not after) we set the
palette - but that's unlikely the right (well complete) fix for your problem,
unless your code was expecting an exception.

Please provide a self-contained test case and I'll look at it.
