Steps to reproduce:
 - Moonlight r106162
 - Firefox 2 or 3
 - http://xmldocs.net/ball/

 - click on the top right button to start stop watch

Expected results:
 - the second hand should progress around the circle in distinct movements (not
a smooth movement) at a constant accurate speed

Actual results:
 - the second hand starts very very slow, gradually speeds up as it goes
around, and finish very fast.
 - the second stops after one revolution.
 - second hand moves in a smooth manner. (It supposed to move one second at a
time)
 -
