Suck, hit submit while entering the bug.

Steps to reproduce:
 - Moonlight r106162
 - Firefox 3
 - http://www.defiwind.com

 - mouse over the vertical bar on the left
 - mouse over the video player on the right
 - mouse over the body text

Expected results:
 - on the left, a menu should scroll in.
 - on the right, the video player should enlarge and user should see video.
 - on the body, moving mouse to bottom on text should scroll down. Moving mouse
to top should scroll up.

Actual results:
 - The animations are missing. 
 - The site is very slow to respond to mouse over events. 

How often does this happen? Always
