Steps to reproduce:
 - Moonlight r106162
 - Firefox 3
 - http://www.designwithsilverlight.com/tutorials/photoGallery/gallery.html

 - mouse over an image
 - click on an image


Expected results:
 - mouse over - should enlarge the thumbnail slightly (should be animated)\
 - clicking on a thumbnail - should enlarge the image fully (also smooth
animation)

Actual results:
 - when the image is enlarged, either by MouseOver or MouseClick, the image
just resizes to the proper enlarged size. It does not animate the enlargement. 


How often does this happen? Always
