Steps to reproduce:
 - Moonlight r106162
 - Firefox 3 
 -
http://blogs.msdn.com/synergist/archive/2007/09/28/matrix-falling-characters-in-silverlight.aspx

Expected results:
 - matrix chars should keep falling for as long as the page is up

Actual results:
 - once the initial chars have fallen off the screen, no new chars are
generated.
 - the canvas is entire black, excluding the info and fullscreen buttons
