That's right. This method is only used to pass and receive DH keys included in
transport headers. This part of code works OK on .NET (passing the empty
stream). This whole code is based on an idea presented in one of the MSDN
magazines (they even provided a sample but on some ridiculous license), which
described ways of implementing secure .net remoting channels:
