I just tested this on OpenSuse 10.3 x86_64 with mono-core-105925-0.novell (SVN
trunk).

While using gnome, I get the following console output:

  event fired
  ok for drag and drop

When I use konqueror, I only get the following:

  event fired

while running the following: mono --debug --trace=WindowsApplication1.exe
WindowsApplication1.exe

Gnome output:

   EXCEPTION handling: UriFormatException
   EXCEPTION handling: UriFormatException
   event fired
   ok for drag and drop


konqueror output:

   event fired
   EXCEPTION handling: NullReferenceException

Looks like something strange is going on here still.
