It also happens over VNC (I don't have easy physical access to machine). I also
made sure to convert source files to *nix line endings. Still get the same
thing randomly.

This is a big, fast machine (8 CPU, 64 GB RAM), however MONO_NO_SMP didn't have
any affect. Not sure if it could be a race condition in debugger (outside of
mono runtime).
