In horizontal alignment left and right arrow keypresses (correctly) move one
item left and right.  In vertical alignments the up- and down-arrows are the
natural keys to press to move one-by-one between the tabs.  Mono still uses
left- and right-arrow keys then, MSFT behaves as expected.
