I can't get the test case to behave as described under Windows/.NET or Linux.

On Linux/Windows/mono, after filling out the first box, no other boxes will
receive input and the app freezes after clicking on the F buttong.  On
Windows/.NET The boxes can all be edited but the test app locks up after
pressing the F button as well.

I'm testing mono 1.9.1 on Windows and mono-core-105500-0.novell on Linux.

Please resubmit a working test case against the latest version of mono.  Thanks
for the report!  I'd like to get this fixed if it's a bug.
