Metafile generation is not supported by libgdiplus. Reading Metafile is only
partially supported (depending on the API being used). This is a known
limitation and is not being working on at this moment (contributions are
welcome).

Note: Please do not use Dependencies between unrelated (as far as Mono itself
is concerned) bugs.
