I was going to say,

2. run the exe

three MDI forms should appear numbered 0,1,2 and they will print their Size and
ClientSize on the console. Also, a dashed square should be drawn on each and
all four sides should be visible.

using Mono 1.9.1 on windows, only form 0 is correct. The other two have
identical Size and ClientSize and the bottom and right edge of the dashed
sqaure is missing
additionally, Form 2 has no minimise/maximise/close buttons until you click on
the titlebar

using Mono 1.9.1(Tarball from debian.meebey.net/etch-bachports) on Ubuntu 8.04
gives similar result to windows except that Form 2 has it's
minimise/maximise/close buttons from the start, and all the Forms have the
right edge of the dashed square missing
