r105289 still hangs. Dropped out after 11,8,8,2 launches (consecutive, scripted
tries).
Also, I found a way to hang it every single time: compile mono-svn and the app
under test using mono-1.9.1 (I now use svn both to compile and launch), launch
with --debug: It complains about mismatched versions of mdb files and hangs
after 4-5 assemblies loaded (quite possibly on the first one loaded in a
separate thread).
