In SelectionMode=None the expected (well observed MSFT) behaviour is that items
cannot be selected, but the focus is still moveable both by mouse and keyboard
and events (e.g. SelectedIndexChanged) are still fired.

In Mono the focus won't move at all.


Is it likely anyone uses that mode??
