For instance, initial font "Times...", open dialog, listbox top item is
"times", but scrollbar tab is at very top.  On clicking the bottom scrollbar
arrow, the listbox immediately repaints showing the real top items (on Windows:
Arial etc).


For test repro, opening the FontDialog from a PropertyGrid is best -- then the
initial font can be set.
