Thanks Geoff, my next question is... :-)  Given that I know nothing about
nothing...  Is it intentional that the code (still) uses 150ms instead of that
constant's absolute value 15ms, i.e. Timer.Minimum/1000.0.  AFAIK Timer's
values -- including Minimum -- are in milliseconds, and the called function
takes seconds, but I could be missing something...   Is it not using
Timer.Minimum so that timeouts can drive that such timers etc?
