PairEqualityComparer constructor from Flee

The attached file just has the PairEqualityComparer and part of the
ExpressionResultPair.

$ vbnc test.vb

Error : VBNC30387: The class 'PairEqualityComparer' must define a constructor
since no default constructor can be created.

But surely EqualityComparer should have a constructor defined?
