I can't figure out from where LoadSilverLight gets called. Firebug's Stack is
empty when the breakpoint gets hit (on Windows/FF).

The JS app seems to do some AJAX stuff and it's doing a POST when the
breakpoint hits that function - so maybe that why there's no stack? and that
could means the function is not called because some server code does not like
it ? or maybe I'm going blind (and will blame JS for this ;-)
