I have confirmed that this bug still exists in Mono svn r104655 on SLED 10 SP2
i586.

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Download the test case from comment 5
 2. Untar the test case
 3. Cd into the test case directory
 4. Run make
 5. Run xsp2
 6. Access the testcase with the URL:
     http://localhost:8080/testwebservice.asmx
 7. Click on "Methods / TestMethod2"
 8. Click on the "Test Form" tab
 9. Click "Invoke"
10. Notice the error: 
     The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
     Method TestMethod2 not defined in service TestWebService
