ToolStripButton and ToolStripItem without child menu, after hitting an access
key (e.g. Alt+X) the 'focus' is stuck such that subsequent access key presses
are ignored.  One needs to hit Escape or hide&show the window to un-stick it.

Two repro apps attached, one with ToolStripButtons and one with
ToolStripMenuItems.

On both hit a series of Alt+N, expect one output line on console for each. 
Does in MSFT, only get one action in current Mono.
