This regression is caused by revision 106301, a fix for bug #322330. What
happens is that the test overwrites the global.asax file with a new version of
it, which should cause an appdomain reload, but it doesn't. Gert, despite the
error being elsewhere, I believe it would be good to rewrite the test so that
it doesn't depend on the appdomain being reloaded.
