Update:

Not sure if this a regression after all, perhaps this test failed before.

(taken from comments for bug #323787)
"After updating I no longer get the exception, but my local test 
fails because the title attribute is not rendered on the tablerow 
(tr) for the sitemap entries (like MS does), and I used that to 
verify the localization of the sitemap."
