It's not ok.
* MS 1.x use the non-reversed syntax;
* Old 1.x code depends on X501 to get this;
* Many people are using Mono.Security outside of Mono (or the MS supplied
classes) and this would break all their applications;
If this produce a problem for 2.x code please fill a bug specific to it,
including test cases.
Closing as INVALID since Mono.Security is STABLE and can't change it's
behavior.
