Apologies for the delay.

Indeed, I used the Microsoft .NET runtime - my bad. When I used mono runtime
1.9.1, I still have some missing predefined types
(System.Runtime.InteropServices._Exception,
System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerator, ...)

How can I help you to fix it?
