Damed creazy puzzle, from now, i know how to reproduce the bug,start the
testcase or another app with a save or open file dlg, grow the size of the
dialog by using the right botom corner when yu see the double arrow, use the
cross to close it, close the app and restart it.
To solve or go back, again show the dialog, with the right botom corner put to
minimal size, close it with cross, close app and start it again.

So a quick fix, should be in save and open file dialog class's, to add at the
formclosing event : this.size = this.minimumsize; but the memory of the last
size will not be here anymore
