Text of the crash

Description of Problem:
UsingWebBrowser crashes on startup.

This did not happen in Mono 1.9.1, so this is a regression.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try starting UsingWebBrowser
2. Notice the crash


Actual Results:
crash

Expected Results:
UsingWebBrowser shoudl start

How often does this happen? 
Every time.
