Output of the ICanSpy crash

Description of Problem:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException is thrown when trying to log
winforms events using ICanSpy.

(See the attached exception)

This did not happen in Mono 1.9.1, so this is a regression.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click File / Select Form
2. Click browse
3. Navigate to /usr/lib/AnotherTetrisClone
4. Select Clone.exe
5. Click Open
6. Click Ok
7. Click File / Select Events
8. Click the checkbox next to GameForm
9. Click Ok
10. Click File / Start Logging
11. Notice the exception


Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
no crash

How often does this happen? 
Every time.
