Steps to reproduce:
 - Mono 2.0 p1
 - AderPlotter.exe from the wf-apps package

 - click on one of the text fields and change the value
 - Notice that the cursor has changed to a I beam.
 - leave the text box and click else where on the form

Expected results:
 - cursor should change back to an arrow

Actual results:
 - cursor does not change at all, but stays as an I beam

How often does this happen? Always
