I tried on x64 OS11 and Vista x64.

I got the rules and Cecil .dll's from the win32 installer on the google groups.
 I used them to build the swf-wizard-runner from SVN (using VS2k8).  So that's
why my rules are probably lacking, but the runner should be up to date.

I'll poke some other winformers to see what they get.  :)
