Yes - but I have not been clear enough as your screenshot shows the problem I
had ;-)

You can "select" using the mouse in the sense that:
* you can check/uncheck the checkboxes;
* you can get the tooltip when the mouse is over the item.

However you can't *highlight* the selected item (unlike Windows). So the user
does not know the current selection when he clicks on the "Browse
Documentation..." button.

If you use the keyboard to nagivate the treeview items they we'll be
selected/highlighted (and the selection will stay highlighted).
