I attached what this boils down to.  Does the attached program crash with a
NullReferenceException as well?

- If so, I will pass the bug on to corlib.
- If not, you need to find the code where you are resetting cultures or regions
or something, and narrow down what is causing RegionInfo.CurrentRegion to get
set to null.
