Problem was solved in r85999 when the LDAP library was updated (see link in
comment #21).

Now I (or anyone else in the mono team) cannot answer if you're better off with
HEAD (which has a few other fixes) or with revision 85999 (closer to what
you're using).

Patch attached as asked by Jason on comment #15.
