Hey,

This bug has been fixed some weeks ago, so, no null references for ContextMenu
(3), anyway I will check how to get it working before first mouse click (1).

I cant reproduce drawing issues (2). Also in you sample the MainMenu looks to
be wrong positioned... could you check your libgdiplus version?
