I have fixed two more issues in mono Subversion HEAd

1) wParam contains the right hittest now for NC mouse messages, so dragging
floating forms around works with the sample.
2) A top level control is no longer created when toggling autohide mode.

I am closing this bug. If you have other issues, file separate bugs with small
self contained tests, please.
