Fixed showing the blank tree in r107391.  We will now show the whole tree with
nothing selected.

        * FolderBrowserDialog.cs: If we can't find the SelectedPath, display
        the full tree instead of nothing.  [Improves bug #406584]

Downgrading to enhancement that we need to have better logic for finding things
like /usr on Linux.
