Rule result over 2.0 assemblies

Nestor's list is not definitive (it will grow and change until the end of the
summer). Right now a Cecil (or compiler?) bug breaks a few rules (when reading
System.Xml.Linq), including the mentioned AvoidThrowingBasicExceptionsRule.

Attached is the rule report over all 2.0 assemblies (minus System.Xml.Linq).
There are 508 instances found for this rule alone.
