"HourMarkers" are off because the little marks are make using a StrokeDashArray
and it seems our (or Cairo) [im]precision is not good enough :(

offending line is:

StrokeDashArray="2.64 0.2" Opacity="1" StrokeDashOffset="0.3" />


p.s. Jeff, the numbers 10, 20, 40 and 50 in the right dial are not aligned
correctly (30 and 60 seems ok).
