Thanks Carlos I'll have a look soon (I've been having problems with my build
recently).

Out of interest I was running the app under VS in its
show-first-chance-expections mode recently, and the very same (well very
similar) expection is throw by their implementation but apparently caught
further down the call stack... :-)
