Regression test for all generic method definition situation

This test verifies all situations regarding generic methods:

1)non-sre generic type with generic method, inflate the type with a closed
instantiation then the method with its arguments.

2)sre generic type with generic method before CreateType()

3)sre generic type with generic method after CreateType()
