Test program for Graphics.FromHwnd() error

The following code (see also attached test case):

Graphics.FromHwnd(IntPtr.Zero);

fails with an X error:

X Error of failed request:  BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter)
  Major opcode of failed request:  14 (X_GetGeometry)
  Resource id in failed request:  0x0
  Serial number of failed request:  8
  Current serial number in output stream:  8

on Mono but it is supposed to work on Windows.

I found this problem while trying to compile the PDFSharp library
(http://www.pdfsharp.com/). A tipical program using the library will hit this
problem calling XGraphics.FromPdfPage() that will execute the quoted code
around line 132 in file PdfSharp/PdfSharp.Drawing/XGraphics.cs.
