Zoltan, define "some time"? My patch continues to use the old code during
bootstrap. We could start by having (g)mcs set the AssemblyBuilderAcess, but
ignore it in corlib (meaning, always use the old code). But how long should we
continue doing this, as that will leave the actual issue unfixed?
