Description of Problem:

I try to install latest F# compiler ( 1.9.3.14) on Mac OS X 10.4

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download F# from
http://research.microsoft.com/research/downloads/Details/6f48a466-4294-4973-9e15-25e0ddff422f/Details.aspx
2. Follow instructions to install
3. During installation you get errors, similar to attached in install.log.gz
4. After, trying to run mono fsi.exe, i everytime get runtime error, as in
attached fsi-run.log

How often does this happen?
