This issue occurs when application is run by clicking icon in XP desktop.
I use XP desktop icon with  Target

"C:\Program Files\Mono-1.2.6\bin\monow.exe"
I:\raamat\myapp\test\appstopsrespongingonaddingrow\bin\Debug\appstopsrespongingonaddingrow.exe

I reported similar issue in bug #345481 (regression from 1.2.5).

My exe file is created with VCSE 2008 if this matters.
