Sample to diagnostic behavior

This sample application shows that initial value of restore_bounds looks to be
(-1, -1, -1, -1) and some size definition set value to (-1, -1, width, height).
After maximize or minimize the values is changed.

I am working on it and will commit my implementation when I get my test working
properly.
