I've fixed bug #351575 and so now the image is restored on mouse-leave, but
mousing back over the image again does not draw the outline around the image
again. Will have to investigate.

Thoughts:

- might be related to stroke thickness again, like bug #351575 - perhaps the
bounds are not being calculated correctly in some code path or another and so
it thinks it has 0x0 extents or something?

- might be toshok's new mouse event implementation?
