Thanks for the fix suggestion. I've revisited the XSLT specification and found
that it does not prohibit two or more xsl:key elements with the same QName
(actually XSLT 2.0 specification carefully adds a note about that). I guess the
suggested fix will work but let me check if it does not break any existing
stuff.
